IP Monitoring

IP Monitoring

To access IP Monitoring:
Enter the Site
Under Diagnostic Tools select IP Monitoring

IP Monitoring allows for pinging to any IP address from the router on a regular basis, alerting on failures (click the alert link conveniently located in the blue text below the IP Monitor display heading), and allows you to see historic pings for any IP monitors setup. The IP Monitoring feature allows for a lot of creativity. For example, set pings to monitor local servers, VPN links, or other important connectivity targets. In the example below, we have setup ping times for two popular free DNS services, and it seems one is almost twice as fast as the other. Use our IP Monitoring service to your advantage!
